 REMOTE COACHING???  This style of coaching  allows the client the freedom to train when and where they like, still keeping the element of  personalized 1on 1 coaching that will remove all the guess work and get you confidently to your goals . 

 

VIRTUAL COACHING??? One-on-one personal training via video call, to any location with a wifi connection. This can be combined  with  remote coaching, depending on your goals.
